What to bring
1 small bag!
We can sometimes get carried away with packing, but trust me its not needed
We provide all bedding, except pillows, so please bring your favorite pillow to ensure a good nights sleep!
Must haves

Pillow - bring your fave pillow it will help you sleep

PJ's and bed-socks - bed-socks so that if you need to go to the loo, your toes will stay cozy and you wont wake any one

Eye mask and ear plugs - this helps some sleep better

Lightweight waterproof jacket - Don't bring a big coat, you will end up carrying it

Thin layers - vest, long sleeve T, thinner jumpers, hat, scarf, gloves, socks, undies and 2-3 pairs of leggings or trousers

A thicker sweatshirt, hoodie or fleece

Basic toiletries

Walking boots - not trainers, it can be a little slippy in places

Small rucksack to bring snacks and water on the walk

An open mind and heart - the more you open up and let go the more you will get out of it

Alcohol if you would like a drink with dinner

If doing cold water therapy, a swimsuit, thin or microfiber towel/dryrobe, wet shoes - even if your not planning on doing this, bring a swimsuit anyway because by that point of the weekend you will be well ready to take on this challenge!
We have really limited space so please only pack essentials, the barn itself gets cozy warm with the fire roaring and on the beds you each have a double quilt, a sleeping bag and a blanket so you should be plenty warm enough
