15 minutes to happiness

Time is precious and often it feels as if there's not enough of it for us to get everything done that we need to do. But that doesn't mean that we can't find time to do things that bring us joy. Here are a few ideas of things that you can do in just 15 minutes a day that can help bring happiness and joy into your life.


1. Take a walk outside – It's amazing how just 15 minutes of fresh air and sunshine can help to lift your mood and put you in a better place mentally. Getting out of the house and away from the busyness of life can also help to clear your head and give you a fresh perspective.


2. Read a book – Taking just a few minutes a day to read a book can help to stimulate your imagination and creativity. It can also help to expand your knowledge and give you something to talk about with others.


3. Listen to music – Music has the power to lift our spirits and make us feel better. Just 15 minutes of listening to your favorite tunes can help to put you in a better mood and make your day more enjoyable.

4. Create something – Whether it's a painting, a song, a poem or something else, taking the time to create something can be a great way to bring joy into your life. It can also be a great outlet for stress and help you to express yourself in a creative way.
