Well that was a busy month! Just Breathe!
Now lets get back to the business of feeling good!
My month has been bonkers busy! I started with a last minute trip to PERU!! Yes I flew all the way to Peru, took 4 flights and 30 hours travel time each way, so that I could do deep immersive training on Breathwork. I had looked at several online and in fact completed two online courses but I really wanted to get hands on practice so that I would feel confident in leading sessions, knowing I have the tools to support you on the journey.
Have you ever experienced Breathwork? There are many different types like The Wim Hoff method, Re-birthing, holotropic, shamanic are the conscious connected types of breathwork. These are the so called sexy breaths that can transport you mentally and physically to have emotional releases.
The other type is the more practical daily Pranayama techniques that allow for deep relaxation, healing in both the physical and psychological levels. Most of them have been practiced for centuries and are part of the ancient wisdom. Learning these practices can help us in everyday situations.
I believe that by focusing on the breath, we can become more aware of our body and mind, so when we get overwhelmed with stress or anxiety, it’s easier to go back to this practice. It will provide us the connection between ourselves and the world around us. Allowing us to be conscious and mindful of our environment and the people in it.
The practice of Pranayama can be a powerful tool to help us become more aware and connected with ourselves. It's a journey that can transport us mentally and physically to have emotional releases and deep meditative states. With continued practice, we can learn how our breath works with our body, mind, and environment, in order to make better decisions and be more mindful.
In conclusion, Pranayama can help us become more intuitive and aware of ourselves and our environment. It can provide us with the necessary tools to become better at managing our emotions and make wiser decision-making processes. With regular practice, we will begin to see a noticeable difference.
